One-on-One Coaching

Are you ready to experience dramatic weight loss and feel better than you’ve ever felt, without any hunger or exercise?* After your initial FREE consultation, we will set up Your Coaching Plan, meeting either face-to-face in the Virginia Beach area or by phone.

My philosophy to coaching is friendship-based sharing and accountability- never scolding, patronizing, or condescending. Virtually every study and statistic confirms that having a buddy to make a lifestyle change with you exponentially increases your likelihood of success! So many of us just don’t have that person to walk alongside of us. That’s what I’m here for!

It also helps to talk out some of the mindsets that have brought you to your current weight and keep you stuck there. So along with very practical information and tips, we will address this too, unless you would rather not! This is customized to YOU!

I also offer Coaching Plan OPTIONS to fit your personal financial and time commitment availability:

#1 The Total Package – $250.00

This 6 week series will set you up for long-term success at a fraction of the cost of other weight loss coaches or that annual gym membership! The first session is a 2-hour Personalized Discovery Session, followed by 5 more one-hour-length coaching sessions each week. In between weekly sessions, you will have unlimited email access with me.

Prior to our first session, you will complete my Discovery Form, telling me all about your current lifestyle and preferences so that I can come prepared to get you jumpstarted to success!

The 6 week series will cover:

  • How to get into ketosis (fat-burning mode!) i.e. What exactly do you eat?
  • What to expect as your body transitions into ketosis
  • How to read nutrition labels and calculate net carbs
  • Meal and snack planning (at home AND eating out!) to fit YOUR likes and needs
  • Food substitutions to overcome those cravings
  • Common pitfalls to avoid so you’re not unknowingly self-sabotaging all of your hard work!
  • Sugar-free sweeteners and products, from best to worst
  • How to transition from a ketogenic diet into a more liberal low-carb diet to maintain your weight loss for life!

If you want to continue coaching after this, you can add A la Carte weeks (see below.)

#2 The Jumpstarter – $100.00

This plan includes Your 2-hour Personalized Discovery Session, followed by 2 weeks of email access. Prior to the session, you will complete my Discovery Form, telling me all about your current lifestyle and preferences so that I can come prepared to get you jumpstarted to success! The two weeks of email access will allow me to encourage you, hold you accountable, answer questions, and to address any challenges you face as you implement what we talked about in your coaching session.

This session will cover:

  • How to get into ketosis (fat-burning mode!) i.e. What exactly do you eat?
  • What to expect as your body transitions into ketosis
  • How to read nutrition labels and calculate net carbs
  • Meal and snack planning (at home AND eating out!) to fit YOUR likes and needs

If you want to continue coaching after this, you can add A la Carte weeks (see below.)

#3 A la Carte Week – $30.00

This plan includes a 1-hour coaching session, followed by 1 week of email access. This is a great addition to the Total Package or the Jumpstarter if you would like to include additional weeks of coaching beyond your initial plan.

You can also choose this session as your first coaching session! Although we will not have the prep work of the Discovery Session behind us, we will still dive right in to find solutions to your most immediate concerns so that you can be successful! The one week of email access will allow me to encourage you, hold you accountable, answer questions, and to address any challenges you face as you implement what we talked about in your coaching session.

If you want to continue coaching, you can then register for The Total Package, The Jumpstarter, or add more A la Carte weeks.
